Jamaica Blue, Karratha

Located within Centro Karratha Shopping Centre. We had breakfast here which was of a high standard similar to the Perth chain stores. I had the Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon which I really enjoyed considering that I don't normally like seafood mixed with other ingredients. The salmon was fresh and the eggs were perfectly poached. It was covered in a creamy Hollandiase sauce and the muffin complimented the flavours well without being too overpowering. It was light yet filling. My partner had the French Toast with Bacon. The bread was thick and the meal was substantial. However, he felt that the bacon didn't compliment the French Toast and that another topping selection would have been better due to the sweetness of the maple syrup on the French toast.

The coffee was great and you have the option for soy milk as an alternative.  The service was very fast and they are open before 9am. We went there whilst waiting for the other shops to open.
